I know many will say we can’t, but everyone need to review our jobs on Glassdoor! Be honest! Also use it to blast the awful leadership of the ceo!!! If everyone does it would raise some eyebrows.. (even if the few say it won’t)

From 2005 and into 2006 Verizon landline personnel from some northern states (Indiana, Massachusetts, New York) flooded into Louisiana (and Mississippi, I believe), despite those being Bell South areas at the time, after Katrina wrecked the place. Does anyone know whether Bell South put out the Mayday Call asking for assistance or, did Verizon just offer to help suffering people and one of their estranged baby bell brothers in a time of dire need?
After Florida’s Hurricane Matthew did Frontier request outside assistance?
Did they prefer to handle the workload by going it alone?
Anyone here privy to the telecom inner-workings and protocol when it comes to these major disasters that too often negatively impact millions of citizens?

How can you wrongly cast blame an innocent individual at this company when the damaged landlines feeding the cell towers are under the purview and control of another company?
Were the landlines in-house, your argument might have some inkling of validity, but under the current situation in which we have little control, and are at the mercy of an outside entity for timely restoration of our services, your blame is illogical, absurd and misplaced.

Hans is taking money from the existing business to pour money into pet projects where Verizon could be incredibly well built and prepared for a market boom. Hans decided that IT would be a major donor, but almost all of the legacy businesses would contribute.
If Hans bets well (5G, IoT, Telematics, VR, etcetera), times the market well, and executes well then he's a genius. But there are a lot of things that can go wrong; it is a high-risk strategy. 5G seems like the obvious bet. The rest seem shaky?
Remember, Hans was CTO and IT reported to him.....so Infosys did start under his watch

Hans keeps cutting in the wrong places! The front end employees keep getting cuts! Hurricane Matthew was a disaster, he throw his weight with the governor but his lack of knowledge really hurt our reputation. We responded so slow

Interestingly I looked at the trend for VZ ratings on Glassdoor and they ticked up last month.
