yeah, that's a hard NO for me.
I agree with the last response - basically a welfare mentality at WF. And if anyone puts any pressure on them, they run to HR for FMLA.
Most of WF employees have no talent and sit on their thumbs all day. They are stealing paychecks from the co. & are not employable anywhere else.
Tim Sloan and the rest of the executives who haven't been fired yet will be in 2019. The only way to rid a cancer is to burn it out or cut it out.
So many of them were complacent and were in a position to either knew what was going on or had the authority to stop it. Those were the first batch of executives fired and the last batch who were fired because they were covering up for one another.
They were not leadership material and should be unemployed for the remainder of their lives and save the money they didn't deserve to get in the first place, if they aren't using it to stay out of prison.
I think you're referring to unethical behavior (the answer for illegal behavior should be an obvious "NO!"). Unethical leaders are toxic and their actions or inactions are a risk to ANY firm.
NO ONE should hire them. You'd have to be unethical or ignorant to hire an unethical executive.
Sure. Just because a person gets fired from one job, at one company, does not stop them from becoming totally successful at a job they are better suited for, at a different company. Sometimes people get thrust into jobs at companies that they are not really qualified for. Or there are circumstances happening at that company that fired them that are beyond their control, through no fault of their own. Now if someone was truly found to be doing illegal things at the former company then of course no other company would be likely to hire them.
