Our MIT's always came back to our club after training. They went to their old position, and would be the real managers floor mat. They run them around and make them do all the stuff the other managers don't want to do. None of them ever found another position, and would have to start all over again after a year went by. Now with all these managers being cut the odds of getting a position afterwards is even smaller. But hey, you do you. Everyone makes mistakes and bad career decisions in their life. This will be yours.

You get used and abused for weeks or for months. They’ll send you to other clubs to “help out” with disasters and catastrophes. Maybe even go overnights for a month or two!

What happens after you are finished with the MIT program and they do not have any spot to send you to?

@tpg I would not consider management at Sam's a good thing on a resume. It's an embarrassment. Look at the managers. What about them says professional? Nothing!

Every time a group of MITs come to train in our club I the think "another bunch of lambs to the slaughter".

or you could climb the ladder and use that on your next resume. I know you can't stop being stupid but you can stop being lazy. Trying to bring people down because your own life s---s is just sad.

Yes they are. The bull sh-- stunt from Gisel and her Goons, terminating MM and GMs is to terrify Managers make you feel that at any moment your job can be gone. I say message received problem is no one wants to work for this a--hole company it has the worse rep in retail. They are just clearing the deck for the blood sport to come in Jan/ Feb

Here comes resets, clean up fix ups, other ridiculous projects wait until the night crews gone !! You seriously have to be brain damaged to want to be a GM for either Sam’s or Wal Mart. Market Managers will have very short lives. They are going to be cut in half . Just continuing to do more w less and less!!

Docks are loaded, Conditions are awful and trucks behind... what is the point of staying here another day you don’t have to do so. For those who left, and came back multiple times, your Crazy!! You will live to regret it. If out stay out! It’s no longer realistic to stay. Wal Mart has been a Zoo, now our Leaders have transformed Sam’s into Wal Mart. Just get out while you can.
