Layoffs top the lists, AT&T's attempt at cornering the market has failed. Buying their competitors thinking they could leave consumers little choice was a bad idea from the start. Then to compound the problem, they attempt to corner the internet market, similar to what happened to cell phone service in its early days, charging by the minute and time of day, which was the plan to disaster.
Whoever continues to come up with these failed strategies, needs a career change, because in the end, all the consumer wants is quality service for a low price, which seems to consistently elude AT&T's greedy hands.
