There will be RIFs in sales and customer service 1Q 2019 no doubt. Many ops, sups, RM roles will be consolidated or outsourced. A lot of the customer service/tech support tenured folks are making 50-70 to answer calls... Its cheaper to outsource.

Some of the techs there are already doing VZB work. The center has capacity for 600 and there is only 100 there now. The fXO Dallas will he gutted via the buyout and RIF.
Quick reminder that the GOP tax bill gives incentives to corporations to offshore factories, offices, and jobs. If VZ is doing everything it can to cut costs (and that appears to be the case), the current tax laws are all the reason they need to push everything offshore that they can.
