Trying to understand this 3 group structure

So im trying to understand how this would affect or even work with this new struction. We at one time had a buisness group and a consumer group it all was merged under wireline in one group .Now how will this work with managers and techs would do both buisness and consumer .At one time we had techs and management that were just buisness and goverment under delivery and assurance and one group that was wireline for residential consumer .Now they both cross buisness lines which crosses financial reporting lines are we splitting back up 1 under buisness and 1 under consumer residential

Love how tg a--hole Hans barely mentions cells and switches. Does the f---face see that we make it all run?

Great leadership at Verizon is a top-down arrangement. If it turns out that an Executive decision doesn't actually make sense, exceptions are noted and addressed as needed, but once a decision is made, adversarial facts are not appreciated. There is actually a line in the Credo which enshrine this.

Hans probably doesn't understand it either. But -- hey -- it made Verizon sound "efficient" and Wall Street (not the brightest bulbs on the old Christmas tree), lapped it up, for now.

It's not about running a company anymore -- it's about appearing to run a company.
