I’m curiously waiting to find out how the consumer channels will divide and be changed. Will there be and rifs or Vsp for sales channels like indirect that we’re not made offers... but lots of redundancies? 😬

Is this for WIRELSS or just wire line?
I’m hearing that indirect will get more details about how the restructure will affect this channel around December 15th. I’m hoping full details are provided before or around then since all changes are supposed to take affect January 1. I’m assuming there has to be some redundancies or realignments that will have to take place in the indirect channel.

I curiously wait and ponder about it 1/2 the time too, while the other 1/2 of the time, I don’t think about it at all. I’m sorta bi-curious I guess 🤔
There will be RIFs in sales and customer service 1Q 2019 no doubt. Many ops, sups, RM roles will be consolidated or outsourced. A lot of the customer service/tech support tenured folks are making 50-70 to answer calls... Its cheaper to outsource.
