I know 12/10 is the official date, but who is getting feedback from their mgmt on VSP being accepted and possible leave dates?
My management is mostly silent, but my colleague was told his date will get pushed to March.

Yeah, my manager told me he thought he could get me until March and asked if that was OK. But my director denied a travel request for me this month with a comment about working on transition plans. So there's not going to be anything official until the 10th. I have also heard of some folks who are burning through their vacation and have already checked out though.
They know who is going and they mostly know when. At this point it is crossing T's and dotting I's. Some orgs are sharing, some are not. Just remember, NOTHING is official until you get that email.
