Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Are we expecting layoffs to be announced during today’s Home Lending Town Hall call?

AMEN!!! Couldn't have said it better!

WF is the Death Star and we're all unfortunate passengers.

I used to think Devito was a good guy, I don't believe it anymore. I honestly don't trust anyone above middle-management, they've all sold their souls to keep their cushy salaries and benefits. Our site lead was a complete joke, he would throw anyone under the bus to move up or keep his job.

I've said this for awhile now, but WF is no different than the gov't - bloated bureaucracy with leadership trying to remain in power at all cost (lie, cheat, and steal) - the lower level Team Members, and the customers, are the ones who suffer.

Too big to fail?? I say, too big to succeed.

No news from the town hall, although Michael DeVito did state he is "all in" on Tim Sloan.

It doesn’t happen that way. When layoffs are being announced the upper managers give the direction to other managers and there are meetings done. One for those getting the word and another for those not laid off to tell them what’s going on. Town halls never do them
