The writing is on the wall. The company is 185 billion in debt. The we need to increase revenue and decrease costs.

Well customer base is declining so more emphasis on cost cutting. Since most good real estate has been sold and leased back the only big reduction is headcount and the variable cost associated with the headcount to be reduced. (Overhead)

There will need to be reduction of 40 thousand people by 2020 to even come close

It happened years ago. We were assured everything was going great work hard to close the holiday season. Layoffs started firs Bussines day of the new year
