I made the switch to TMO while in their busy store overheard several unhappy AT&T customers changing carriers as well. Better rates then our EE discount and excellent customer service!!!!!

It was pretty damn busy...I wouldn’t say as bad as previous years but compared to a majority of stores mine did pretty well. We are in a mall so I’m sure that helped.
I always buy online.
