Folks, do not be angry with those who have higher seniority wanting to hold on to their jobs, it is human nature. People forget that the higher seniority folks have weathered quite a few battle scars of t heir own and have every right to want to hang on to their job and retire on their own terms, if they can. They were hired into a corporate culture that left you to believe you would have a job for life, rewarded loyalty, hiring family or doing what the company asked with respect to education/training and later telling employees their education/training is not up to par because corporate changed education/skills requirements they desired suddenly. Direct your anger/frustrations at the corporate leadership for constantly changing the goal posts. It is sad that the costs of each of these mergers is human capital.
