Well, so much for the golf ppv. Some paid and most got it for free. Maybe if att put infrastructure above dollar signs this wouldn't have happened. Oh well, they only lost a few million.

When you layoff your experienced American workforce and outsource everything to contractors who don't care and overseas support who can barely read their script in understandable English, you end up with workers who are as incompetent as the clowns managing this company. This company is a sinking ship.

Maybe that explains why the stock price is at a 20 year low. Way to go Randal!

The dtv app had Thanksgiving day issues too. Oh well, when you go with the lowest outsource from that country across the pond, you get what you pay for and eventually it's going to lose customers.
