I generally don't like articles about stock prices, much less compare the stock movement to the conditions at the company, but I found this one to be a good read. It underlines the reasons why Verizon’s stock hit the biggest value since it’s ultimate high in 1999 and analyses the factors that could impact the continuation of its growth. Normally I would consider this to be good news, but the only thing that goes through my head is all that we went through recently, and that a heavy price has been paid in cuts and reorgs to reach this position.
