Not sure what y’all are so worried about.
My guess is, if you requested it, you’re out. To deny some who want out, while greatly enriching others by granting that request, would seem a treatment that’s disparaging in manner.
IMHO, based on nothing in particular, all who want out are out, and at the earliest date of doing so.
But, what do I lnow?
9 years ago we were offered a eisp. But the company declared a set amount of people surplus in each department and they only gave the most senior the package to leave. That made the guys that also wanted it disgruntled. They eventually quit or retired. 2 years ago they offered a isp no one took it. The people they declared surplus were let go without pay. They were called back to work after a little while but already moved on with their lives.
I would have to agree but what do I know too!
