Thought that this extension was a good move, but I would like some more thoughts on this board.

And do you have some prime real estate in Florida that you'd like to sell to us? It was well known for years and years, if not decades, that management was forced to lie about this in the past. "Oh, no, of course we don't have forced distribution ranking! It might look like forced distribution ranking, and it might waddle like forced distribution ranking, and it might quack like forced distribution ranking, but it is NOT forced distribution ranking!" The only managers who would NOT tell this particular lie, were those who had just been laid off! And even those, reluctantly, because of "non-disparagement" clauses in their go-away-money contracts... But as long as you're not recording them, the laid-off managers will finally tell you the truth.
Management consultants (and their web sites) and business news articles have also told the truth, for years and years.
So HPE management shouldn't be crying in their beer if the Boy Who Cried Wolf is no longer held to be even the tiniest bit believable, when they say things like this.
@WeTY9JC-7mfc I was referring to the comment about forced distribution ranking, which we are getting away from. If the poster worked at HPE, they would know that.

And can not even be bothered to tell us, what exactly is it that is being reported here that is untrue! Everyone knows that Amazon has kicked HPE's butt into the pavement, cloud-wise. Like beating a dead horse into the ground, till there is neither hide now sinew left, not one iota!
Third responder obviously no longer works for HPE. I thought this was intended to be an “internal discussion board” by those with actual info about the company. I realize it’s open to the public, but why do people who clearly don’t work here feel the need to comment when they are not qualified (anymore) to add any value?

Infosight is a four letter word
AI "Artificial Intelligence" as used here is just another marketing buzzword to help sell their worthless BS... HPE doesn't know how to innovate any more, so they use marketing razzle-dazzle as a VERY weak substitute for devising hardware and software that is in any way "leading edge", or even SLIGHTLY better.
If they had even the smallest tidbit of REAL intelligence, they would first-off STOP their nonsense management policy of "forced distribution performance rankings", which management consultants have known for YEARS and YEARS now, is WAAAAY counterproductive in the long run, in that it absolutely kills teamwork!!
So HPE workers will go right on making others look bad, so that they can look good!
