Anyone else receive info on an overtime lawsuit? (Retail)

What I have hoped for was a lawsuit for those job titles incorrectly labeled as exempt for years when they didn't meet the definition. They were only changed about 5-6 years ago, or even those of us non exempt managers told the work must get done but they won't pay OT and no time to take comp time because there is no one to cover. We work thru lunch don't take breaks just so we can leave at a decent time. I have 30* years and opted to take VSP because at this point in my life, my health is more important than a few extra $ in my pocket,

This lawsuit is b---s--- there’s no way the managers made the reps clock out and clean and stock while being clocked out . Not only that dude is suing for the time he would wait for manAger to set the alarm like my god what a joke .

I hope they call me, I will gladly disclose how much OT, meal time, and working days off being split which results to five or more workdays. PLEASE CALL.
