Unlike other banks, WFC does not abuse the H1-B indentured servitude process. WFC’s workers in India are doing a good job.
I had the biggest urge to comment "how many of those jobs were from layoffs in the states?" Going after woman trying to get back in the workforce after a long leave is just sad as these women will work for peanuts just to get back in.
It's appalling. Our team was let go (stateside) and suddenly they come up with all this money elsewhere.
