Feel bad for those that have been around 10+ years that wanted to apply but not eligible.
I clicked the first day it was available, never considered unclicking, and slept like a baby last night. It’s been a wonderful 20+ year ride, met my wife and many wonderful friends via this company, but the current level of crushing workload and incompetent leadership have made it unbearable to remain.
My director told me they won’t deny anyone who opts in, I’m hoping for the 12/28 date so I can get on with the rest of my life.
