So I refused to turn my head to my boss and her underhanded sales tactics and abuse of her condition which she had no FMLA for. I came forward when I knew she was trying to make me the fall guy. My bosses boss was told by myself personally I have come forward and given all information on my boss and I couldn’t turn my head and I asked for a transfer due to not feeling safe and was denied transfer. I was given a big raise before this and I had never been given offices company manager training not consistently developed. The emails showed my bosses boss sent in a what she thought was COBC violations and they weren’t infact and they were told by the ERM HR manager these aren’t but simply behaviors and when my boss was asked in email if she had been developing me or coaching me she said no. So the women kept pushing til they got what they wanted. When I was made aware of complaints I asked and was denied customers who complained and then ultimately fired before my wedding. They didn’t fight unemployment and said they laid me off with severance but they didn’t then when asked by Unemployment they changed their story again and said lack of work. So would I have a case for retaliation?

Did you have a child compose this incomprehensible drivel and wtf does this have to do with att layoffs anyway???
I left AT&T over 3 years ago due to a layoff. Now the people left at AT&T are coming to me looking for jobs at the company I went to work for.

Sounds like a big giant troll post. Try harder next time.
I think hitting print or sending it to your attorney is great. AT&T spends tons of money paying out lawsuits for things like this. Most likely the peron that left their email open was a leadership development person. I've met a lot of the LDPs. A free are very bright.
To the first guy I’ll mail you some knee pads and lube for Christmas bend over and take your pink slip you basic bish
Maybe you were let go for your lack of punctuation and sentence structure.
Hit print or forward that email to your attorney.
