Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

WF employees say nothing's changed and low wage employees are still under pressure to sell

History will repeat itself again.

Raise your hand and the ethics line is a complete joke.

You right, lots have changed. We changed individual sales goals into one goal, growth. And all we are coached to focus on is growth.

Kinda like your girlfriend changing her hair and pretending she is a different person. She might look a little different at a glance but no, she is the same.

I know many branch bankers and managers who have called the ethics line. All have told me it was a complete waste of time.

If you don’t like the attitude here, who is making you read?

Read like a promotion piece for CBB. Trying to get leverage. Lots has changed but if employees refuse to change that makes it difficult. If you don’t like your wage then find a new job. It may take awhile but can be done. Just getting a little tired of the woe is me attitude here. You have the power to walk if you will take it.

I’m not a gambling person but, I’d be willing to bet those two team members mentioned in the article speaking negatively about WF will be let go.
