It is all about Friends & Family not high-performers on the Tech Dev side....You just need to draw the family tree and the relatives and extended family and friends are all over.....At least those from India, Asia...they promote their own who go up the ranks and leave the rest of us shaking our heads,,,,,,,,Even with the re-orgs one hand shakes the other and F&F always land a new job and generally a promotion to boot,,,,,,,,,,,The F&F will be around to turn the lights out...….Good Luck

Then the customers can try as they might to become paying customers, and they will find it hard to do so. I wish it was only AT&T math that allowed someone to believe that fewer customers equaled greater profits.
ATT is 100% 1 sided! Most of the so called HIGH PERFORMERS are actually costing the company money due to the mishandling of customers accounts you perform- AKA FRAUD!
Some of us save the company more money than it costs to employ us. Some of us generate revenue. For the others who don’t: you will eventually be surplussed. Find a position in the company that allows you to generate revenue or cost savings.
True. Everyone of us that does the work needed to keep customers paying AT&T each month can be found on webphone, and on that webphone you will find your "cost center" We are just an an expense to be managed. You might even be in a "collaboration" zone, but make no mistake, you are a cost to be managed. I, we, and you are simply an expense no matter how much you think you contribute. One can decide to be loyal to AT&T, but understand this is one sided relationship.
