Anyone know the rules on the STI if someone quits between January 1st and the release of the STI funds sometime in February/March?

@WTd2Foc-1izw Get a life, you are sick.
(note, ESP and INFOsys get the higher of 100% or board award)
This is NOT true. Only Infosys gets the higher of 100% or the board award.
I heard second-hand that this question came up on HR daily call and answer was you would get a 100% payout on the 2018 STI (if you were accepted for VSP with end date of March or June) Of course, if you were thinking about leaving before VSP end date, I would certainly verify with HR rep and get it in writing.
Talk to your HR rep to receive an accurate response. Better yet, do it via email and print it out.
I've thought about the same thing, and while the resources exists, I'd like 100% guarantee that I'll be receiving what I earned.
You may not get what you hoped for or they may give you 100% of target. Depends on where, how, who and how they are handling it in 2.zero
IF you are part of the ESP and left on 12'28 100%.
Sent to Infosys 100%.
Still with VZ, whatever the board says.

You will be paid your 2018 STI if your last workday is December 28th or later. If you leave under a qualifying condition (retirement, RIF, LTD) in 2019, you will also be paid a prorated 2019 STI.
Your good for STI payout for 2018 if you work thru December 31st, its best to leave January 1st or later, just to be safe
penicillin used to do the trick but you should see a doctor.
If you have a s-xually transmitted infection don’t wait for the funds, see a doctor now to have it looked at.
