It is ridiculous almost law suit worthy on how WF HR is determining layoffs. Executives are too lazy to conduct performance reviews and are under pressure to reduce quickly so they just use silly excuses like location. This after people left other jobs and were told they could work from certain non WF locations. Others were let go based on evaluations that were not part of their objectives and by people who had no experience with the employee. HR is a sleep at the wheel and the employee assistance that Sloan keeps talking about is non existent. Just a packet with numbers and emails....No One returns a call from HR or the career assistance.
HR staff are up to their own nostrils in misconduct so they should be fired.
I have to admit Wells settled my lawsuit due to incompetent HR
