I am truly happy for all of those lucky ones who are leaving today. But man, I also feel sad in general. We are losing some of our best people today.
Let me tell you right now, you will be missed. Enjoy wherever life takes you next. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

I always knew this is how good reps would be forced out of the business. Instead of firing someone, just raise the quotas and pay less and less while adding more and more work. My husband has been telling me this Is coming. Upper level management obviously doesn’t give a sh-- because they’re still making paychecks while the foot soldiers who are the sales reps Commission checks are almost half now . Thank you for pissing us off Mark Conolly and for your support with us not making any money even though we sell more phones than ever before
You work to live. Yes, we all have made friends with people. Verizon didn't owe us a living. Nor, did I let them own me. Many of the leaders will be very surprised after they eventually get cut. The intimidation leadership style doesn't cut it in many companies. Just ask PD. He got bounced from Sprint in 30 days.
We are losing our best here too. Anyone who's name I'd be elated to hear attached to projects worked is separating in the coming months. I've seen others claim their 'slackers' took it but in my case the smartest and hardest workers I've been fortunate to work with are heading out.

I just turned in my laptop and handed off my badge... a swirl of emotions, but also such a relief to walk out that door for the last time.
Truly concerned for coworkers left behind and the workloads come January.

Today is an emotional day in my office. It was hard holding back tears while saying good bye to coworkers I have talked to daily for the last almost two decades.
