@vzq move your cancer to another establishment?? HO and management IS the cancer! They are killing themselves, and they're id--ts if they don't realize that by now. Yes, management is taking direction from HO, but they still don't stand up for what's right. They still don't try to help the hourly associates knowing they are struggling with high expectations and not enough hours or employees. They sit back, and allow their associates to stress and crumble around them. Don't come on here with BS. We see enough of it at the club.

If everyone who worked for the Walmart corp and didn't like it quit, you wouldn't HAVE a team. You'd probably have just a handful of people left. This company has made it clear that it hates its workers, so most of us have come to feel the same way if we didn't already. I honestly can't think of a single one of my co-workers who likes or believes in this company. If you and the rest of leadership would treat us with respect like you say you're going to and take our concerns seriously, there wouldn't be a need for a site like this where people can come and air their grievances.

Amen. As a manager at location##### yah like I was going to tell you that! Anyhow. As a manager if you dont like your job move along please, we are held to standards and numbers that you dont care about and makes our jobs that much harder. I do not want to coach you and fire you but if I have to I will. Make everyone's life easier and find a job where you will be happy with yourself. Dont sit around and mope and bring my team down.
