A strike is just what the company wants. They will bring contractors; which already do more than 50% of the work. And if you did come back it would be at contractor wages. No way the union or we can win by a strike.

Looks like the union has dealt Core techs a downgrade to save the Prem tech job. The Core Techs will be weeded out, retired and replaced by lower wages. They will churn low pay Prem Techs for cost savings. This is no longer a career company

The days of making a career in the field for ATT are over.

So the question they failed to answer was about aligning contract expiration dates for the various districts..wouldn't that give more leverage to the union ? hello?
