you keep your benefits through the continuation period, and I believe it's good through the end of your last month.
How does the insurance work? Do you receive it also for the remaining salary continuation period?

Those with 0-4 years of service get 8 weeks. Then it's 2 wks addtl. per year up to max cap.
Is it two weeks for every year of service?
