I know bonus season is still a couple of weeks away but with all the recent craziness what do you think is a reasonable STI % payout for those of us that did not take the package? Last year was 93% I believe, curious as to what it will be this year.

I haven't had less than 120% in five years, me and my manager sleep together
Perhaps company will pay those staying at 100% as well as the vspers?
If you’re denied you get x
If you’re not part of 44k VSP pool you get x
Dunno. But Q4 is going to be one giant turd of a quarter.
Maybe chlamydia???
not prorated by month. prorated by payperiods (by days for leaves)
@WF3nVM7-1bdt prorated by month
How does it work for people who started in the middle or later in the year?
108%
Source saying 83-86%
I’m expecting 50% because we have to pull up our bootstraps.
100% and I get half of next year's at %100 too.
Unless it is greater then 100%, mine is 100%. IF over 100%, then I get the over.
I'm was dumb enough to unclick and I could care less what the STI comes out to be.
Denieds will be given 120% STI per HRBP.
Last year I got a 170% STI and a 8% raise. I already was promised a $23, 000 retention bonus after I was begged to “unclick”. They also promoted me to a director. I’m golden!
98.7%
more than 0%
Mine will be 100% 🤣
