Just got canned from the biz marketing org...apparently there are several today. I guess that’s what happens when you don’t sell ur soul and play the political game correctly! Oh well - so tired of this place anyways...couldn’t handle the high-school-esque drama, the horribly inefficent processes, the micromanaging, etc. etc., much longer

I was in BMO for many years before leaving the company. The absolute worst management team you’ll ever encounter. Roman is an absolute joke. So many of the middle managers are completely incompetent.
