On the call, she talked about the new operating model coming in 2019 and touched on the fact that there will be layoffs. No details though but wondering if anyone else has the scoop?

I’d like to see marketing put together a solid presentation with meaningful insights. They have lots of words, and they’re based on 10-page briefs with lots of cutting and pasting. Still waiting for an insight though.
