4ktw - kudos to you for speaking the truth. Collaboration is BS, it's a way to beat down employees to be so miserable they want to leave, or fire the contractors. Sad what this company has come to.
Hope they do! Maybe they will learn from some of the real leaders. Some thoughts: John Donavan- coming into a ‘collaboration ‘ office is BS. Who did you copy that concept from? To both- do you really only want people up you a** telling you only what you want to hear? How about someone with the fortitude to tell you how things really are that negatively impact the business and integrity of the company? And better yet, have potential solutions. Baes on history I say nope, just keep the bs rolling. Hopefully there aren’t young professional looking to either of you as mentors. You’re nothing but 2 old ugly men (sorry but that bunch up on stage during the analyst meeting was a site for sore eyes and I couldn’t resist) whose time running this place needs to come to an end. And let’s not forget Stankey and the others nervously twitching as they tried to bs their way through. I see bankrupt on the horizon. Let the commentary roll!

Remember, AT&T is run by and for the benefit of the top level executives and a very small slice of the shareholders. Employees are like paper plates at a picnic. Useful but disposable.
