Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

What is the worst thing you've witnessed at your site/location?

It can be anything; from interoffice personal relationships gone bad, something someone did in the office (or outside on company time), leadership decisions, fraud, etc.

I'll start with a few:

  1. we had 2 manager's get fired for getting drunk on a work trip and using vulgar and harassing language while on a flight. A passenger found out they worked for WF and called HR.

  2. Site lead was sleeping with a processor, this same processor was also sleeping with a HMC (loan officer). Said loan officer was next up to go to Sales Conference, but the site lead decided to reduce the number of people attending the Conference that year, so said HMC would not get to attend, the result was the site lead was able to bring the processor he was sleeping with to the conference. Shady business.

Ok, let's hear what you got.

There was an UW manager who was being paid full-time, and being allowed to work part-time, so he could have a 2nd job as a firefighter. This went on for over 3 years, numerous complaints, they finally gave him an ultimatum to choose one job, he chose firefighter.

People I worked with in community banking Business Direct division weren't doing work, involved in s-xual harassment, and embezzling money and stealing from the company. They were part of the information security and risk management to prevent that but were doing it themselves.
