WRS&I teams (in Wholesale COO) displaced 11/15.
I know 2 people who have been displaced and found new jobs within Wells Fargo. One finally moved on to a new career when she was laid off for the third time.
It is possible.
I am confused - is this a cost savings displacement OR is this a reapply for your job in a new area? Seems that there is a mass layoff by WF in the USA - but many of those same jobs went to India. Did anyone in HR get the notice from the current United State Administration that US Companies are supposed to be employing US Employees NOT offshoring jobs?
They told the "deployed" employees to apply for other positions that are open at Wells Fargo. I know people who were recently "deployed" from their job who did find another position at Wells Fargo. So there is some sort of "hope" for them there.
