Bank of America lays people off right before the Christmas holidays. So did American Express.
Then the company puts up fancy Christmas decorations, Christmas trees and holds holiday parties as their formerly loyal employees are searching for a new job rather than getting to enjoy the year end holiday season. So kind these companies are to their loyal (formerly loyal) employees.

Are any of the layoffs for IT lending in Des Moines? My work is redundant with another team member and some days I'm just doing small tasks rather than my real job. Just worried and no one is giving us any information about our team.
The whole layoff system of waiting almost 2 months is Cruel & Unusual Punishment! Team members have been on edge and high-level mangment truly does not care. Oh and most important..this company has forgotten that "team members" make up the community!
Please be me so I can be thankful this Thanksgiving for no longer wasting my life working for this corrupt company.
