Is insulting to our intelligence. Having been in management roles I can assure everyone here, branch managers are told how much everyone gets. We do not get to dictate that. It comes from the DM’s. We also are not allowed to let people over MRP. The few that somehow managed to get their are “coached” into different roles or out the door.

Why are people talking about raises when there are MASSIVE layoffs taking place tomorrow??? Bloodbath on 11/15.
There are alot more areas of the bank then just the branch. I know in our area are management gives rasies based on performance and I have seen some very non standard raises
