I work at a pickle factory... More rewarding than Verizon and I get to eat 1 or 2 pickles a day.

A lot of wireless field assurance engineers have two or three jobs. Mostly real estate, makes it easy when your main job isn't demanding and you can just take one task and stretch it over 2-3 days while working your side job on company time. Company gas , in the company car

I was riffed in 2015 and I had to take a second part-time job due to the decrease in income. Verizon did pay well and I had been there for almost 25 years. Jobs just don't pay what they used to...
Do a bit of freelance coding and excel work and hoping to get more into it. They only let us cut and paste at work nothing technical.
