In my group Chewning is forcing the SAFe methodology & has forbidden VO. Reading in between the lines, looks like positions will be re evaluated & if you don’t fit, goodbye. A good way to get rid of people.

Rumor is they asked Pam to retire because she tried to replace SAFe with DevSecOps. SAFe is here to stay.
SAFe won’t go away under Chewning, it’s his obsession. All the VO people are back in the office doing the same job they did VO. It was abused by many & instead of addressing the issue they scr**ed everyone. Morale is in the toilet along with productivity. Happy Holidays.
Sorry but the trains have been a mess. I have been told Bala is not a fan, so they will be going away. New push is for Kanban and Lean. PODs will be assigned to each business unit based on need.
There is always tomorrow , Jobs will continue to bleed overseas, as long as you sit in front of a computer monitor.
