Does anyone know if Network Field Assurance Managers are going to get downsized. All of our managers are high on tenure and the group is top heavy. From what I hear none of them accepted the offer. Are they immune to the whole process?

@W6aEUDR-1pjq -- That's Awesome!. Really thought about this one too. If you create the Fast Teams with 3-5 people per submarket, they will be overworked. I didn't apply for FAST. Some coworkers seem to think that FAST is the future to an all contractor workforce via NOKIA/ ERICSSON supply. We have a few turnkey jobs taking 3X longer than a normal crew on MODS and NB that are NOKIA(Still not even close to complete.). Also, hear that PMs are coming back more than annuals only. Anyone else heard this?
its just a boys club. you have some of the lowest performers protected
You could cut half of them in my sub market, and no one would bat an eyelash.
Would anyone even notice if half of them disappeared overnight?
