In the November CEO Town Hall, CEO Tim Sloan admits that Wells Fargo personal bankers aren't qualified to advise customers on financial matters when these bankers can't even manage their own finances.

close the door of wells fargo, they are waist of time and money. i was a personal banker there for a while, i was told dont ever open an account on behalf of someone, if you dont talk to the person directly you shouldnt open the account, i did the exact thing and next thing you know i was written up. because customer's son told my manager that i was not willing to help. i had just stated the general rule.i can tell i am so happy not to work there anymore cause they let me go because of stupid thing, because when they want you gone they will find something against you, if they want to keep you, even if you are the worst they will keep you.
The OP is right. If you don't like it, talk to Tim Sloan. He's the one who said personal bankers aren't qualified to give financial advise to customers when they don't know anything, not the OP.
First off doctors smoke you just dont know they also drink.
Second off maybe if we got paid better it would change that.
Third off they pull your credit to get the job.
Fourth off tell me every cop can run and catch someone when they dont have to worry about their weight or being healthy when people call them to help save their lives.
