Really exhausting watching all of my managers and supervisor stressing out over all of this. But it’s been a joke working in the union for the past 10 years. How do you think we feel. In all honesty I’ve been robbing this company blind for 10 years. Free education, unlimited overtime for doing nothing but watching contractors do my work, filing greviences for contractors doing our work. It’s a joke !!!!! And there’s no one to blame but the incompetence of management. They do not know how to lead. I am more than willing to do the work but they choose to do it there way. Hiring contractors, and not designing the jobs correctly. The engineers that design the circuits, data center roll outs, server installs are mo--ns. Then VZ will try to support all these devices they are installing in the field remotely by goofballs in Ashburn VA which end up destroying the devices anyway. This is in all areas, enterprise, business, video, global networks, ect !!!
