wireless is dead, wireline is dead. costs are OOC and randy wants to be netflix, only 10 years too late. budgets have and will continue to be slashed, yet the resource numbers are the same. the company could wack 60% of the workforce and still operate just fine. there are so many that do nothing all day and so lazy its ridiculous. these folks getting the pink slip will be bagging your groceries in a couple of months and as they've done nothing to improve their skills...lazy, hoped u saved your $$. it's not 1970 anymore, you need to have skills, which i've seen first hand...most dont.

Problem is the people sitting around doing nothing are never hit. There are many who have a lot of work and good attitudes but they get surplused. Company is desperate so nobody should get too comfortable.
Hope is the raw material the company uses to keep you busy, & unawared, If I were you stop the silly Online courses, and invest that time in finding a way to exit the AT&T career grinder, there will never be enough........the sooner YOU realize that......the sooner you will succeed
randy and "team" stated this fact i dont know 5 years ago with this 2020 nonsense. like taking online courses could make me a developer, right. i think they stated ~120,000 layoff at that time. this place has been run into the ground by management. i've enjoyed the mobility space for so long, unfortunate its coming to an end
