I agree with the stament from below. From slamming hums.... two line on beyond is $170 wo/auto pay. Two $45 businesses unlimited plan plus 3 hum equals..$120. Customer saves and we get paid.

SMB is a segment/classification. SMB = small to medium business. Not always small 1-5 lines that are moving liability. There are plenty of customers who are classified as SMB (but are Mid Market) that are paying millions of dollars a year to Verizon. Retail SMB and Mid market SMB B2B are not the same thing. Verizon does not care about the small guy paying 300 dollars a month. They care about the medium (small enterprise) paying hundreds of thousands of dollars a month.

It's only up because people are moving personal lines to their business names, we aren't gaining anything, slamming hums to get to "5" lines for the discount, most bills go DOWN when doing this. We are just shuffling accounts around, and lowering customers bills at the same time, how is that a win for Verizon,??

Because SMB is the only segment significantly up YOY the last 3 years
