The simplified corporate structure will definitely have staffing impacts, but mostly in finance I would think. Silos will vanish. Conversely I’m glad to see it. As a shareholder who has owned ENB, EEP, ENF and others, reducing the nightmarish complexity of the Enbridge portfolio will make analysis easier and fair valuation more achievable.
At least if you're a Cdn employee and you get laid off on Oct 17 you can smoke a legal J to make yourself feel better.
