Is anyone wondering when there will be a proper shake-the apple tree exercise to clean out the upper echelon of management (MDs) within the Securities business? There are lots of emails about leading but a clear lack of leadership and direction. Morale is super low. Too many employees punch in and punch out. Management has been talking down bonuses for months already because various groups within Securities are behind financial revenue targets. The top performers who are not buddy buddy with management will be disappointed once again.
