Your clearly blaming Hans for something he didn't start - The plans to reorg began long before Hans came on board, this was the companies/board members idea so no matter who the CEO is he will do the bidding of the board. Hans is a hired gun, he's good at streamlining companies & that's why he was hired. So weather it was Hans or Donald Trump the results would still be the same because this is what the company want's "not one individual" - the CEO does not have total control over the company, he's the face/figure head for the company but he still has to get approval for any/all decision that he may have.
