I'm so sick and tired of hearing some of you people b--ching and complaining about how the severance offer is not good enough! You could end up with nothing! You all have some nerve complaining. Look at all the poor people that are getting screwed and being rebadged to Infosys. They won't get anything either way if they stay or go! How is the right?!

Seriously @VulxC4z-dfw, you need to read! The OP pointed out how we, who are being forced to Infosys, got screwed. OP is absolutely right! I don't get severance whether 35 weeks or 60 weeks (and I cannot apply for any internal jobs). If I had the option to take 60 weeks severance or go to Infosys, you can bet I'd take the money in a heartbeat!
The biggest id--t award goes to??? The entitled sh--head who thinks the severance isn't enough meanwhile there are people who are not going to get sh-- and be forced to work for Infosys-@buz or the "major stupid jerk" that can't READ and restated what the op posted-@dfw or the id--t that is comparing being laid off to a terminal illness-@het.
OP doesn't understand the complaint. Thousands of people were sold to Infosys with nothing and essentially a year to train your replacement before being let go.. while others were offered a severance package, and are free to go anywhere (including infosys) and receive some kind of benefit for the years of loyal service.
Thats like saying your sick of people complaining bout having cancer when some people hav AIDs

OP, severance is paid to protect the company from future legal claims. Company pays it because it is in company's interest.
