I assume @hyp is talking about fibering-up the infrastructure rather than the customer side.
@hyp don't be a dummy. 5G does not require union people to fire up anything in the home. It's wireless, you're getting a device in the mail, like a router. Don't think a customer needs a tech to plug something into an outlet. 5G is wireless and feeding from a small antenna in the area. If anything the union needs to pay attention as 5G will be replacing FiOS if they have any say.

In states where landline is still in-house, would not those workers be needed to fiber-up the 5G?
I don,t think Hans and Lowell the Mazi party is going to wait 5 years to go after the union ! I think they will offer packages for next 20 quarters to get rid of craft @ Verizon. And if that 5 G TV really works and takes off they will speed it up
