will the rebadged employees get a trial period even if they have accepted Infosys offer
just in case we don't like infosys after moving there. If yes can people leave Infosys immediately ?

Nothing as such is happening
Neither VZ nor Infosys will chain you to a chair - you always have the option to leave - only, you probably won't get anything on top if you leave on your own. I have not quite made up my mind but I'm carefully evalutation options anyway.
When wwill STI be payed? Assuming I accept the offer
Would have to look at the offer itself.
I would imaging you can leave whenever you want.
I cannot imagine any case where we cannot leave.
Some states are right to work, and I would think you can leave whenever you find a new job.
Wait till the transfer so you get 100% STI
