What are the 4 questions? If your team completed the interview process, how many stayed and how many were laid off?

The questions vary. They’re not the same for everyone. They’re written by HR, and have nothing to do with what your actual job is.

Now I get it. The environment is Office Space. LOL
He’s spoofing Office Space - a classic cult film for anyone familiar with corporate culture. Watch it. You’ll get a few laughs and see all your old friends
I keep a red swingline on my desk. Watch the movie to see why.
VnzK1js-3ipt. You are truly showing your tenure of 23 years by saying the Bank would shut down if it wasn’t for you.
What do I do here? I've been here for 23 years. Yes, but what do you do. O.K. as an outsider, you will not fully understand this, but what I do is to take the orders from the ordering team and make sure they are right, no mistakes, and I present them to the fulfillment team to get the ball rolling. Can't the ordering team send the orders to fulfillment? Are you crazy? There's all kinds of mistakes in there. The freakin customer doesn't know what he wants. I have to make sure the orders are right. This place would shut down if it weren't for me...
That 6% 401K match is going to be worthless.
I hope the leadership rots for what they've done to this company. They encouraged/demanded abuses via unachievable goals and continue to worship at the profit/share price altar. They don't give a d*mn about the employees and it shows on a daily basis, as the sit on their piles of $$$ chuckling.
Might as well start selling off all of the Bank Assets, and allow the Wells Fargo Brand to fold...."based upon the surprise layoffs going on around the Bank" Lousy and deceptive management.....no end in sight....
It must depend on what department you’re in. When marketing did layoffs in 2016 people asked for packages and were turned down flat. Somebody asked Moldofsky on an all team call if they could request a layoff and she laughed at them and said no.
Yeah. You can just take severance. That’s what imma doing. And you retain seniority for 6 months after it ends. If you choose to go back.
Do you still get a layoff with severance if you choose not to reapply? That's the route I'd take.
this post reminds me of office space! "so what would you say that it is you do here?"
Re-interviewing for your position? Sounds like a farce to me.
